  • Fish oil free omega-3 the way nature intended it. Freshfield Vegan Omega-3 (DHA supplements) comes from microalgae, the same source fish get their DHA from, minus the mercury, minus the fish. Pure. Plant based. Traceable.
  • Brain, eyes, and the essentials: helps support cognitive and brain function and helps maintain eye and visual health. A source of DHA and omega-3 fatty acid for the maintenance of good health.
  • Free from common ocean contaminants like mercury which can sometimes be found in fish oils or omega supplements. Our algae oil (algae omega 3) is extracted using a hexane-free enzymatic process. Certificate of analysis available on request. Manufactured in North America following pharmaceutical-grade standards.
  • 1 to 2 vegan softgels per day = 1 to 2 month supply. Our tapioca shell softgels are carrageenan free and easy to swallow. Each delivers 225 mg DHA and 35 mg DPA, highly bioavailable, fast absorbing, no fillers.
  • Real microalgae, grown with care: our vegan omega-3 comes from algae cultivated in controlled tanks, never fished, never over processed. Vegan and non-GMO. (A subtle marine aroma is normal, it is the algae, not a red flag.)
  • We're a fish oil free company. Freshfield has funded the recovery of 58,784 kg of ocean bound plastic, equivalent to over 3.2 million bottles. Our bottles are fossil fuel plastic free and comply with ASTM D6400. Labeling may vary by marketplace.

NOT ALL OMEGA 3 IS CREATED EQUAL Do you want to elevate your vitality? Maximize how you move and how you think? Of course you do! Then you should consider Freshfield Vegan Omega-3 Supplements. Omega-3s are essential fatty acids used by multiple systems in your body. Your body can’t produce Omega-3 on its own, so you have to get it from food or a supplement. This is where a vegan diet can get challenging. While omega-3s can be found in seeds and nuts, it’s important to make sure you are getting them from the right source. Foods such as pumpkin seeds, walnuts and flax contain the omega-3, ALA (alpha linolenic acid). But this is not the only omega-3 you’re looking for. ALA can convert to DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), but at an extremely low rate – around 5%. For non-vegans, eating seafood can be a great way to make sure you are getting DHA and DPA. Sadly, it comes with certain risks: the contamination of our oceans greatly increases the chance for accumulation of mercury, PCBs, and pesticides.
