Ingredients

  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder (or dehydrated onions)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 tablespoons soy milk powder (optional, see notes)
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Add nutritional yeast, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, mustard powder, and soy milk powder to a food processor and pulse in short bursts until smooth.
  • Add the dried dill and parsley and pulse in short bursts to leave some of the herbs' texture.
  • Transfer to small mason jar and store for up to 2 weeks at room termperature or up to a month in the fridge.
  • To make individual servings of ranch dressing, add 1 tablespoon vegan mayo with 1 tablespoon plant-based milk and 1 to 2 teaspoons of seasoning mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

You don't have to use soy milk powder but it transforms this seasoning from good to great!
