Matcha Mix

  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • ½ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen) Substitute 1/3 cup pineapple juice.
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Other Ingredients

  • cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add the matcha syrup ingredients together in a blender. Pulse in several short bursts to combine. You can strain the pineapple through a fine mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother drink without the pineapple pulp.
  • Pour the matcha mix into a glass filled with ice. Add coconut milk until the glass if full.
  • Serve with pineapple chunks for garnishing or as is. Enjoy!
